A finished, mobile-ready small-business homepage based on an approved SpecSite concept. Includes content adaptation, contact or quote CTA, basic SEO metadata, deployment, domain connection assistance, source-file handoff, and one revision round.
How it works
We build the concept
We identify an opportunity and create a working homepage direction using public business information.
You decide
If the direction is useful, you purchase the fixed-price build. If not, there is no obligation.
We finish and hand off
We verify your business details, make the included revision, finalize the page, and assist with deployment or domain connection.
Fulfillment
Work begins after payment and receipt of any business information, brand assets, or approvals needed to finish the page. Delivery timing depends on client responsiveness and project requirements. The standard homepage package includes one revision round and source-file handoff.
Cancellation & refunds
A client may request cancellation before custom fulfillment work begins for a full refund. Once custom fulfillment work has begun, payments are generally non-refundable because the service is personalized digital work. If SpecSite Builds cannot deliver the purchased service, the client will receive a refund for the undelivered work.

Service terms
The $500 package covers one homepage as described above. Additional pages, integrations, copywriting beyond normal adaptation, custom applications, ongoing hosting management, or ongoing maintenance require separate agreement. Clients are responsible for confirming that final business claims, prices, licenses, contact details, and other supplied information are accurate.
